Our annual care center Thanksgiving Dinner was held tonight and was a great success. Lots of family members came, the residents looked great, the food was well-prepared and only at the very end did the gravy run out. Win!
And... the video slide-show was a hit. That's the most important part since it was the DH and I who put it together. Other than one small technical difficulty (not the fault of my video!!), folks seemed to really enjoy the pictures and music that were chosen. And at the end, when a tribute came up to our dear friend who passed away earlier in the month, people even cried.
Tears caused by my video. What more thanks do you need then that?
