There is a woman sitting here in the office, filling out an application, who sniffles every 5 seconds. Literally. I'm timing her.
It's not the normal "I'm too lazy to blow my nose with a tissue so I'll just snort it up again." (aka, white trash) kind of sniffles.
It's the "Most likely snorts other things up her nose and has caused damage so she constantly has to sniffle" kind of sniffle.
I bet she gets hired.
