Once again, the new staff that were hired for the afternoon shift have all quit and we are down to just a few people.
When are they going to learn to stop treating the new staff like shit?
I guess they just enjoy having their little clique of four on that shift instead of the 10+ they should have.
So be it.
I don't want to do Human Resources here anymore. Let someone else do it. Rehab Aide is enough to keep me busy.

On a separate note, I've been creating some new "rumblings" of my own regarding other positions available here at the care center. Not sure that it will make any difference, but I feel better just knowing that I put my two cents in.
