When "Hello" is Not Enough

Gus spent yesterday morning here at the care center with me. He ran up and down the halls greeting his friends here and eating everything he could find on the floor. After a couple of hours, his "ride" showed up and I was able to continue the work day without distraction. (Thank you for picking him up on the way home from licensing my car, DH! He had loads of fun, as always.)

Dinner time is chaotic at the care center. Forty-five individuals all converge on the dining room and begin the process of waiting for the kitchen to bring on the grub.

While waiting for her meal, one resident beckoned me over and asked me where my dog was. As I chatted with her about how he had gone home with his Daddy, another resident decided she wanted my attention as well.

Her method for gaining that attention? She grabbed my left breast.
